Your documents and your account are different data flows.

Who operates DocYouMeant

Beta One Security LLC operates DocYouMeant. Contact support@docyoumeant.app for privacy questions or requests.

Local document work

The base app processes supported document tasks on your device. Its base document workflow does not upload document contents to our purchase service or to an AI provider. Imported working copies and exported files can remain in local app storage or the location you choose. Your chosen storage, sharing and external viewing apps have their own privacy practices.

Accounts and purchases

If you choose account sign-in, our authentication service processes your email address, account identifier and authentication/session information. Purchase verification processes Google Play purchase information and account-bound identifiers to verify ownership, acknowledge purchases and reconcile refunds. Purchase verification is not document processing. Google Play handles payment; do not send us card details.

Service providers and security

Hosting, authentication and email delivery providers process information needed to operate these services, including connection and delivery records. Cloudflare serves this website and may process network/security information. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts to these pages. Network services use HTTPS; authentication and purchase credentials must never be sent through support email.

Support

Support messages and attachments you choose to send are used to respond to your request. Send only the minimum information needed. Do not send confidential documents, passwords, sign-in links or payment details.

Retention and deletion

Account information is retained to operate your account and purchase access. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at Delete account. Limited records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations; any applicable exception and its retention basis will be explained when handling your request. Deleting an account does not automatically delete copies stored on your device or in services you control.

Base release scope

Cloud handwriting and proofreading are not enabled in the base release. Any future content-transmission feature requires a separate disclosure and user action. This notice will be updated if the actual service changes.
